We combine deep technical expertise with advanced engineering capabilities to deliver tailored epitaxial growth and comprehensive support for semiconductor research and device development.
Our services cover the full spectrum of epitaxy needs – from developing customized MOVPE recipes for complex device heterostructures, to designing optimized MOVPE piping systems, and ensuring safe, reliable gas handling and maintenance.
